These terms apply to the Nabbit app and trynabbit.com (together, “Nabbit”). By using Nabbit you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nabbit.
What Nabbit is
Nabbit shows prices and price changes from third-party stores and alerts you to deals. We are not a store: we don’t sell products, process orders, or handle shipping or returns. Purchases happen on the store’s own website or in its own app, under its own terms.
Prices can change
We work hard to keep prices accurate, but stores change prices and stock constantly. A price or deal shown in Nabbit may be out of date by the time you see it. Always check the final price on the store’s site before buying. Nabbit isn’t responsible for differences between the price shown in Nabbit and the price a store charges.
Affiliate links
Some links in Nabbit are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission from the store, at no extra cost to you. Whether a link is an affiliate link never affects which deals we show or how we rank them.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use Nabbit. Please give us accurate information and don’t share your account.
Nabbit Premium
Premium is an optional paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Nabbit. For example, don’t try to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, scrape or copy Nabbit’s data at scale, or use Nabbit for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Trademarks
Store and brand names shown in Nabbit belong to their owners. Nabbit is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.
Disclaimers
Nabbit is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee that Nabbit will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every deal will be found or shown in time. To the extent the law allows, Nabbit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we’ll let you know. You can stop using Nabbit and delete your account at any time. We may stop offering Nabbit or parts of it.
